HOW TO REGISTER
- Register via the Online Portal using a new or existing account.
- If you attended or submitted an abstract before, you may already have an account.
- On behalf of another person, create the account under your name and fill in the Attendee’s details.
- To add extra items, log in, select “Manage Registration” → “Edit Registration.”
- A confirmation email with your registration number will be sent after submission.

REGISTRATION FEES
in EUR including VAT
(until 15 May 2026)
*The student fee applies only to full-time students. This does not include individuals who are employed and pursuing a PhD or other degree part-time. Participants registering under this category are required to upload a valid proof of full time student status (e.g., confirmation from the university or a student ID) directly in the registration form.
**The price covers up to 3 short courses for a single flat rate.
All the above fees are in EUR and include a local VAT of 21 %.
All registration deadlines are based on the local time (CET/CEST).
FULL REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE:
- Access to oral and poster sessions
- Access to the exhibition hall
- Welcome Reception on Sunday, 6 September 2026
- Scheduled lunches and coffee breaks as per the programme
- Electronic Book of Abstracts
- Prague public transportation pass
ACCOMPANYING PERSON FEES INCLUDE:
- Access to the exhibition hall
- Welcome Reception on Sunday, 6 September 2026
- Scheduled lunches and coffee breaks as per the programme
The accompanying persons do not have access to the scientific programme.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- Cancellations must be submitted by email to the ISC 2026 Conference Secretariat
- Refund requests after 9 July 2026 will not be accepted
- Name changes are subject to a 20 EUR fee if requested at least one week before the event
- The change of registration fee type is charged with a 20 EUR administrative fee
REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS
- Until 9 July 2026 – a 50 % cancellation fee will be applied
- From 10 July 2026 – a 100% cancellation fee will be applied
CANCELLATION OF OTHER BOOKABLE ITEMS (such as Gala Dinner or Accompanying Person Fee)
- Until 9 July 2026 – a 20 EUR administrative fee will be deducted from each item
- From 10 July 2026 – a 100% cancellation fee will be applied
VISA-RELATED REIMBURSEMENT POLICY
Please be advised that if visa applications are submitted less than 45 days before the event, Attendees will not be eligible for a refund of registration fees in the case of a visa refusal. We strongly recommend submitting visa applications well in advance to ensure timely processing and avoid any complications. Registered participants who face attendance barriers due to Visa delays or rejections can apply for a full refund of their registration fee by the first day of the event. Please contact the ISC Conference Secretariat 2026 with a copy of your Visa decision letter.
PAYMENT METHODS
Registration fees are collected on behalf of ISC 2026 by the Secretariat, CZECH-IN s.r.o., 5. května 65, CZ-14021 Prague 4, Czech Republic. All fees must be paid in EUR, free of all bank charges.
BANK TRANSFER
Bank transfer will be available until 19 August 2026. After this date, only card payments are accepted. Payments by bank transfer must include the Attendee´s full name and registration number. Payments without these details cannot be processed.
INVOICE
An advance (proforma) invoice is issued only upon email request.
The final invoice will be available for download in the Online Portal three weeks after full payment. It will be issued based on the details provided during registration (step: Contact/Invoice details). Changes to these details (name, address, VAT, etc.) are allowed within 3 days of registration for a 20 EUR fee.
VISA LETTER
Attendees can download their invitation letter from the Online Portal once their registration has been paid in full.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
After the Conference, the Certificate of Attendance will be available for download in the Online Portal for all participants.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE ISC 2026 CONFERENCE IN APPROPRIATE CIRCUMSTANCES
In appropriate circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to alter or cancel the event without prior notice. This may eg. include a change of time and/or venue. Any such decision shall be communicated as soon as reasonably practical. Appropriate circumstances may include circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizer preventing or impeding the realization of the meeting. For example, government action, war or hostilities, riot or civil commotion, plague, or other epidemics or health concerns such as COVID-19, earthquake, flood, or other natural physical disasters, explosion, accident or breakdown, strike or other protests, lack of the usual means of transportation or terrorism or security concerns.
DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY
We take your privacy very seriously and to comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other data protection consent requirements, we need you to confirm that you agree with our new Privacy Policy during the process of creating the account in our system. After creating your user account in our system, you can manage your information and protect your privacy and security via our Online Portal which is now fully GDPR compliant.
